Promotional Campaign Terms

These terms apply to all promotional campaigns, offers, and competitions run by GarthysWorld. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
Promotions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over unless otherwise stated. Employees of GarthysWorld and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Additional eligibility criteria may apply to specific campaigns and will be stated in the campaign details.
3. Campaign period
Each promotion runs for the period stated in the campaign details. Entries or claims received outside the stated period will not be accepted. GarthysWorld reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel a campaign at any time.
4. Prizes and rewards
Prizes and rewards are as stated in the campaign details. Where tokens are awarded as a prize, they are subject to our Gift Token Terms. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative unless stated otherwise.
5. Claiming rewards
Rewards must be claimed within the timeframe stated in the campaign details. Unclaimed rewards will be forfeited. GarthysWorld reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize or reward.
6. Fraudulent entries
GarthysWorld reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have submitted fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate entries, or to have otherwise attempted to manipulate a campaign.
7. Liability
GarthysWorld accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in a promotion or from the failure to receive a prize due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Data and privacy
Personal data collected in connection with a promotion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data will not be used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
