Tip:You don't need a Hub account to get a quote or use the Print Studio — but signing up unlocks project tracking, messaging, invoices, and full AI access.

Getting a Quote

Getting a quote is the first step to working with GarthysWorld. Our online form takes just a few minutes and gives us everything we need to prepare a tailored proposal.

How to request a quote

Go to /quote — you'll see the multi-step quote form.

Choose your services — select everything you need: web design, SEO, social media, print, e-commerce, web apps, or hosting.

Describe your project — tell us about your business, goals, timeline, and any existing assets (logo, brand colours, etc.).

Enter your contact details — name, email, phone, and company name.

Submit — you'll receive a confirmation email with your quote reference number.

What happens next

A member of the GarthysWorld team will review your submission and contact you within 1 business day to discuss your project in more detail. We may ask follow-up questions before preparing your formal proposal.

Your quote reference number

After submitting, you'll receive a unique reference number (e.g. GW-2024-0042). Keep this safe — quote it in any correspondence so we can locate your submission instantly.

Tip:Not sure which services you need? Just select your best guess — we'll help you refine the scope during our initial call. There's no obligation at the quote stage.

The Business Hub

The Business Hub is your private client portal. Once you have an account, you can track projects, exchange messages, view invoices, raise support tickets, and access all AI tools.

Signing up & logging in

Visit /hub/login and click Create account.

Enter your name, email address, and choose a strong password.

Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link.

Messages

Use the Messages section to communicate directly with the GarthysWorld team. All messages are logged and responded to within 1 business day. Visit /hub/messages to start a conversation.

Support tickets

For technical issues or specific requests, raise a support ticket at /hub/support/new. You'll receive a ticket number and can track progress from /hub/support.

Invoices

All invoices are available in the Hub at /hub/invoices. You can view invoice details and download PDF copies for your records.

Meetings

Request a meeting with the team at /hub/meetings/new. Choose a preferred date and time and we'll confirm availability. View upcoming meetings at /hub/meetings.

Documents

GarthysWorld may share contracts, briefs, design files, or other documents with you. Access them at /hub/documents.

Profile

Update your name, email, phone number, company details, and notification preferences at /hub/profile.

Tip:Keep your profile up to date — we use your contact details for project communications and invoice delivery.

Ask Garthy™ (AI Assistant)

Ask Garthy™ is GarthysWorld's AI business assistant, trained to help with marketing, strategy, copywriting, business planning, and much more. It's available as a free demo and in full via the Business Hub.

Full access via the Hub

Hub members get full access to Ask Garthy™ including unlimited chat (subject to token balance), saved prompts, and pre-built AI workflows. Access the chat at /hub/garthy/chat.

Using the chat

Go to /hub/garthy/chat and type your question or request.

Garthy will respond with a detailed, business-focused answer.

Continue the conversation — Garthy remembers the context of your session.

Each message uses tokens. The cost is shown before you send. You can check your balance at /hub/tokens.

Garthy Tools

Pre-built AI workflows for common business tasks — social media posts, email templates, business plans, and more. Visit /hub/garthy/tools to browse all available tools.

Saved Prompts

Save your favourite prompts for quick reuse. Access and manage saved prompts at /hub/garthy/prompts.

Token system

Tokens are used to power AI features. Each interaction uses a small number of tokens based on the complexity of the task. Your balance is always visible in the Hub header. Buy more at /hub/tokens/buy.

Tip:Use Garthy Tools for structured tasks — they're optimised to use fewer tokens than open-ended chat for the same output.

Print Design Studio

The Print Design Studio lets you create professional print materials with AI-assisted copywriting. Submit your details and our design team will produce a polished proof for your approval.

How it works

Visit /print-studio — no account needed.

Choose your product — Flyer, Business Card, Poster, or Banner.

Fill in your details — business name, contact info, key messages, and any preferences.

AI generates copy — Garthy™ drafts compelling copy for your chosen product. Review and edit as needed.

Submit for design — the GarthysWorld design team takes over and creates your artwork.

Receive your proof by email — once your proof is ready, you'll receive a branded email with a direct link to view it in full detail inside your account.

Your design is approved and moves straight to print.

A list of changes you need

We'll revise your design and send a new proof — no extra charge for reasonable amendments.

Approve & go to print — once you reply "YES — GOOD TO PRINT", your order is confirmed and we'll keep you updated at every stage through to delivery.

Tokens & Billing

Tokens power AI features in the Business Hub. Understanding how they work helps you get the most from your plan.

Types of tokens

Subscription tokens

Included with your Hub plan. These reset on your monthly renewal date — unused tokens do not roll over.

Purchased tokens

Bought separately as a top-up bundle. These never expire and are used after your subscription tokens run out.

Gifted tokens

Promotional tokens awarded by GarthysWorld. Check the terms of any promotion for expiry details.

Managing your tokens

Check balance: /hub/tokens
Buy more: /hub/tokens/buy — currently processed via Facebook Messenger
View history: /hub/tokens/history

Tip:Your current token balance is always shown in the top navigation bar of the Business Hub so you're never caught off guard.
