Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy sets out the terms governing subscriptions to GarthysWorld services, including the Business Hub, hosting plans, and any recurring service packages.
1. Subscription plans
GarthysWorld offers monthly and annual subscription plans for the Business Hub and associated services. Plan details, pricing, and included features are set out at the point of purchase and may be updated from time to time.
2. Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in GBP. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store card details.
3. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder before any annual renewal.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your subscription until that date.
5. Refunds on cancellation
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund at our discretion — please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription for non-payment, breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, or any other material breach of our Terms & Conditions.
