Token Top-Up Policy

This policy covers the purchase of additional tokens via the GarthysWorld Business Hub token top-up facility. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Purchasing tokens
Additional tokens may be purchased at any time from the Business Hub token store. Prices are displayed in GBP inclusive of VAT. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider.
2. Token delivery
Purchased tokens are credited to your account immediately upon successful payment confirmation. If tokens are not credited within 15 minutes, please contact us at [email protected].
3. Validity and expiry
Top-up tokens are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused tokens expire after this period and are forfeited without refund. Expiry dates are visible in your token history.
4. No cash value
Purchased tokens have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred to another account. They are for use within the GarthysWorld platform only.
5. Non-transferable
Top-up tokens are linked to the purchasing account and are non-transferable. They cannot be sold, gifted, or moved to another Business Hub account.
6. Refunds
Token top-up purchases are generally non-refundable once tokens have been credited to your account. Exceptions may apply in cases of technical error or duplicate charge — please refer to our Refund Policy.
7. Price changes
Token prices may change from time to time. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged. Price changes do not affect tokens already purchased.
8. Account closure
Unused top-up tokens are forfeited upon account closure and are not eligible for refund.
