Gift Token Terms

These terms govern the award, use, and management of gift tokens issued by GarthysWorld to Business Hub users. Gift tokens are awarded at GarthysWorld's sole discretion.
1. What are gift tokens?
Gift tokens are complimentary tokens awarded by GarthysWorld to Business Hub users as a goodwill gesture, reward, or as part of a specific campaign. They are distinct from subscription tokens and purchased top-up tokens.
2. Award and approval
Gift tokens are awarded at GarthysWorld's sole discretion. All gift token awards are subject to internal approval. We reserve the right to set a maximum threshold for gift token awards per account per period. Awards above the approval threshold require authorisation from a GarthysWorld director.
3. Campaign eligibility
Gift tokens issued as part of a promotional campaign are subject to the specific eligibility criteria of that campaign. Users must meet all stated criteria to receive and retain campaign gift tokens. GarthysWorld reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
4. Expiry
Gift tokens carry an expiry date set at the time of award. Expiry dates are visible in your Business Hub token history. Expired gift tokens are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
5. Usage order
Gift tokens are consumed before subscription tokens and purchased top-up tokens. Where multiple gift token awards exist, those with the earliest expiry date are consumed first.
6. Non-transferable and no cash value
Gift tokens are non-transferable, are linked to the recipient's account, and have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for money or transferred to another account.
7. Revocation
GarthysWorld reserves the right to revoke gift tokens at any time without notice if: (a) they were awarded in error; (b) the recipient has breached our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy; (c) fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected; or (d) the associated campaign is cancelled or amended.
8. No entitlement
The award of gift tokens on one occasion does not create any entitlement to future awards. GarthysWorld may discontinue gift token awards at any time.
